Accoat A/S transfers industrial coating operations to Bakers Coating AB

Bakers Coating AB in Lessebo has signed an agreement with the Danish company Accoat A/S to take over their entire industrial coating operations. The transfer means that Bakers further strengthens its position in the industry – with a particular focus on the food industry.

Transition period until August 2025

The transfer of assets and customer relationships will take place gradually and is expected to be fully completed by August 2025. During this period, coating work will be carried out both at Accoat A/S and Bakers Coating AB to ensure continued delivery and a high level of service.

Stronger team with more experienced employees

In connection with the transition, two key individuals from Accoat A/S will also join Bakers: Sales Manager Steen Lindstrøm and Technical Sales Manager Carsten Jensen will become part of our sales team together with our Swedish Sales Manager Håkan Ejneborn.
