We provide coating services with silicone, Xylan®, Teflon®, sol-gel and other fluoropolymers to customers across various sectors, including HVAC, food production, plastics, automotive, process and engineering – primarily within the Swedish and Nordic industries.

Series Production in Lessebo

Our facility in Lessebo offers a high degree of automation and large production capacity. The line can be adapted to your specific needs, enabling series production according to your requirements. Here, we primarily coat smaller products in longer production runs. Typical examples include baking trays, moulds and automotive components. The line is equipped with two robots to increase quality and improve efficiency.

Specialised Coatings

We also handle specialised coatings in smaller series for objects up to approximately 6 × 2 × 2 metres. We offer around 20 different coating types to meet every application need. Larger products and smaller series can be coated manually by our skilled and experienced staff when series production is not required, allowing us to adapt every detail to your specifications.

We are able to coat most materials, including steel, aluminium, brass, iron, glass/ceramics and rubber – and we are always open to the challenge of working with other materials.
